Text marketing is growing fast - 61.8% of consumers have signed opted in to business text
A recent study on consumer text message behaviour revealed that 78% of consumers said checking, sending and answers text messages is the #1 thing they do on their phone. And 61.8% of consumers have opted in to receive text messages from a business in the last year.
On top of that, texting outperforms email in the speed of replies. Where 37.2% of consumers reply to an email within an hour, in contrast, 59.1% respond to a text within one to two minutes.

YouTube Shorts is YouTube's version of TikToks or Instagram Reels, and before you scoff at the idea of a 60 second YouTube video, there are 6.5 billion daily views on YouTube shorts! Not bad, considering Shorts only launched last year and has been limited to select countries; Australia was not one of them.
The great news is YouTube recently announced Shorts is finally going global, and YouTube Shorts is now available in Australia - woo hoo!
